Partners, Developers & Suppliers

PowerHouse is a producer of sustainable hydrogen through its licensed technology using waste plastic, specialising. Key to the success of the company is its relationships with other specialists; their experience and capability allows us to work together to deliver solutions for waste management and energy production, for industry, transport and communities across the world.

Growth Through Partnership

Peel NRE

In the United Kingdom PowerHouse Energy is partnered by Peel NRE and will become our exclusive development partner for the technology in this territory.

PowerHouse revenues from this partnership derive from annually recurring operating licenses for each plant built and contracted fees for project services.

The Peel NRE exclusivity agreement is currently an Option expected to be confirmed when the first commercial application at Peel NRE Protos site, in the North West of England, achieves Financial Close.

International sales will in the main be underpinned through securing country or territory exclusivity contracts for development of the technology with major energy and waste management companies, resulting in recurring license fee arrangements and project services revenue.

The modular structure of the technology allows for it to be located and operated at both a smaller and larger community level, which when combined with the broad range of unrecyclable plastic that can be used as feedstock and the flexibility of the syngas produced, provides immense scope for it to power many countries; cleaning up land and oceans and improving air quality. Put simply, our technology is a global technology solution to help eliminate waste plastic and create electricity and sustainable hydrogen for power.

In the longer term, PowerHouse may endeavour to increase its portion of project revenues, potentially expanding licensing, engineering and management services into manufacturing and delivery with local partners, such expansion will be prudent and in line with financial capability.
